About a year and a half ago, if you had asked me how I felt about Leavitt Law Firm, I would have told you to take your hard-earned money elsewhere. However, my recent experience completely reshaped my perspective. Back in 2024, I went through a difficult custody battle with my child’s mother and hired Leavitt Law Firm. Initially, I reached out hoping to work directly with Ben Leavitt, but due to his caseload and schedule, I was referred to another attorney. At first, I was confident in my decision, but that confidence quickly turned into regret. I felt underrepresented, and the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I did win custody of my daughter, but to be honest, it wasn’t due to the firm’s efforts at the time. Months later, I received a personal email from Ben Leavitt himself. He had clearly taken the time to read my review and reached out with genuine empathy for my experience.
