Benjamin joined Leavitt Law Firm in 2015 as the firm administrator and is now an attorney.
Ben was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Benjamin graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2015 prior to law school, and also worked in retail banking, gaining useful customer service experience. Before and during law school, Ben worked as the firm administrator for Leavitt Law Firm.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2019, Ben earned CALI Awards (for achieving the highest grade) in the following classes: Family Law, Federal Income Tax, Real Estate Finance, and Resort, Hotel, & Casino Law. He earned admission into the Society of Advocates, Boyd’s Moot Court Team, and competed against some of the top law students in the country at moot court competitions in New York City and New Orleans. During law school, Ben earned valuable experience working in the areas of: Family Law (including Divorce and Custody Matters), Business Law, Entertainment Law, Securities Law, and Blockchain Law.
Ben is a passionate advocate for children. Ben volunteers his time doing pro bono work for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Ben particularly appreciates his time spent as a children’s attorney for the Children’s Attorney Project, where he advocates for abused and neglected children.
Ben was recognized as one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2020.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching sports, and serving others. Like most other Las Vegans, Ben loves cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights and the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels.
