Molly joined Leavitt Law Firm in 2023 as a law clerk and is now an attorney.

Molly grew up in Martinsburg, West Virginia. She moved to Las Vegas in July 2020 to attend law school and now considers Las Vegas home.

Molly graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration. She was accepted into the William S. Boyd School of Law on an academic scholarship and graduated in May 2023. In her final year of law school, she earned a CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in her Sports Betting and Fantasy Sports class.

Although she has earned valuable experience working in areas like personal injury and contract law, Molly’s true passion is family law. In her final semester of law school, Molly externed for the Honorable Dee Smart Butler in the Eighth Judicial District Court – Family Division which helped her gain valuable knowledge and practical insight surrounding Nevada family law.

Throughout high school and college, Molly worked in various service-oriented positions and gained invaluable customer service experience. She understands the importance of listening to people and assisting them through some of the most difficult times they will encounter.

When Molly is not at work, she enjoys visiting local restaurants, bargain shopping, and spending time with friends and loved ones, including her cat, Bub.
