Intake Coordinator

Claudia is the intake coordinator at Leavitt Law Firm and is often the first person a new client talks to when they contact the firm. She welcomes people who are reaching out about a major change in their lives, listens to what they’re going through, and guides them toward the right next step with the firm. She wants every caller to leave the conversation feeling relieved to know they have help through a difficult time. Claudia is fluent in Spanish and works with callers and new clients in both English and Spanish.

Claudia holds a master’s degree in psychology. She spent about six years in mental and behavioral health before moving to the funeral industry. There, she spent the last decade helping families through loss, and she is a licensed funeral arranger in Nevada. That work taught her compassion and an understanding of what someone may be experiencing when they reach out for help. She came to Leavitt Law Firm for a new challenge and a new way to help families in their time of need.

Claudia was born in Mexico, raised in Southern California, and lived in Texas for a few years before moving to Las Vegas, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Outside the office, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, traveling, and spending time with her two children and their cat.
