Billing Clerk

Eleticia handles billing and accounts receivable at Leavitt Law Firm. A Las Vegas native, she handles the entire client invoicing process and keeps accounts organized and accurate. Her goal is to make billing clear so clients understand their invoices and the attorneys can keep their focus on the client's case.

Before joining the firm, Eleticia spent about four years at a defense workers’ compensation law firm, where she advanced from Billing Coordinator to Billing Manager. There, she handled legal billing, e-billing, and reporting, and she built billing procedures and training materials for the legal team. Earlier in her career, she worked in other Las Vegas law offices and in customer service and accounting roles. She built her career largely through hands-on experience and teaching herself new systems, and she is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Eleticia knows billing can be stressful, especially for families going through a major life change. She listens first, explains things in plain language, and follows through until a question is resolved. She also speaks Spanish and is glad to help Spanish-speaking clients with their billing questions.

Outside the office, Eleticia enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, hiking, running, and working on creative projects. The family also includes two dogs: Taz, an English Bulldog, and Ghost, a Pomeranian.
